It's amazing the way the writer has crafted the contrasting settings, one a calm countryside in India and the other a raucous, metropolitan city in England. Emotions have been artfully portrayed and the dialogues and narratives are superbly handled. Topping these are the mystic elements-- a British woman meeting a stranger in India, tears of an elephant and the Indian goddess seated on the elephant--that have been deftly blended in the story. It's a fabulous short story, very touching and engaging. This is a review of my short story 'Flight', which had a free promotion on Kindle on Easter Sunday.
